"I called anxious, as I needed to get a quote for my daughter who is a first time driver. My experience with Sara from start to finish was amazing. She answered quickly asked questions, was reassuring and answered all my questions, and since I was working, she told me she would look into things for me, get me taken care of and call me back. She not only emailed me all the information, but called me back in no time and eased my mind with an estimated quote that blew me away in a good way! She was so kind, friendly and helpful through the process. I am thankful my family have been customers of John Dorsa/State Farm for almost 20 years and Sara was amazing!!!"
