"John and his team are absolutely amazing! I've used State Farm for a few years now but recently switched agents. When John received my file, he took the time to review it to see if I was getting the best discounts possible. He found out I was kind of pushed to the side and wasn't receiving all the discounts I could've been receiving and met with me one-on-one (I had been with my previous agent for at least 4 years and had never spoken with the guy) to go over all of my options. "I had an issue with my State Farm app and could not get a copy of my claim estimate. I called the 800 number and was put on hold and was told the wait period was almost an hour. So, I called my agent, John Dorsa State Farm, and spoke with Sara Lloyd. She was polite and courteous and told me she would get me a copy of the estimate.
