"I had an issue with my State Farm app and could not get a copy of my claim estimate. I called the 800 number and was put on hold and was told the wait period was almost an hour. So, I called my agent, John Dorsa State Farm, and spoke with Sara Lloyd. She was polite and courteous and told me she would get me a copy of the estimate. Within five minutes she called me and emailed me the estimate. Thank you, Sara!!"
